ingenious nested system
Push Back systems provide palletized material storage by placing pallets on nesting carts loaded from the front. Nesting carts ride along a strong and durable rail system installed at an inclined slope which is determined by the materials weight capacity. Systems may vary in pallet positions depth. Loading is performed by pushing a nested pallet back one position using a pallet intended for storage and lowering onto the next nesting cart. Removal is done in reverse and stored pallets are returned to front pick location fed by gravity. These systems come in both Structural and Roll Formed, which allow for optimum cubed storage space.
